Return & Refund Policy

All products shipped from the controlmart.us store are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that returned items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy:

1. Defective/Damaged/Faulty Items

controlmart.us offers a 30-day window from the delivery date for replacement or refund requests in case of defective or damaged items. To initiate your request, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Subject
  • Details of the issue with your order
  • Photos or videos as proof of the received item's condition

We will assess the provided evidence of the defective item, and if eligible, we will either send a replacement or refund the full cost, including shipping fees, if a replacement isn't feasible.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not applicable to products purchased during sales or promotions. Additionally, we typically do not accept returns or replacements for customer errors such as selecting incorrect sizes, designs, or colors. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item due to potential variations in color caused by photography lighting or monitor displays. In such cases, our company may offer a discount for reordering.

2. Shipping Issues

If your order has not been updated for more than 15 days (for US orders) or 20 days (for international orders), you have the right to request a refund or replacement.

Please note that we do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses or invalid address entries. Ensure that your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

As our products are customized, we do not offer returns; instead, we provide replacements for defective items. If your item is defective, there's no need to return the original item, and we will send you a replacement at no cost. Modifications to replacement items are not allowed.

We encourage you to review your personalization information carefully before submitting your order to avoid mistakes.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to process and reflect in your account. Order cancellations or modifications are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, after which the order is locked for processing.

After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email about your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that replacements, free gifts, and individual items from gift bundles cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and requested changes within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

Product Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, different, or non-functional, you can contact us and provide a photo or video explaining the product issue. We will review the claim and contact you if additional information is needed. If approved, we will send a replacement for the defective item.
